The check-in process took an agonizing hour and a half. We faced a major disturbance when someone attempted to open my daughter's room door at midnight, leaving her terrified. The location of rooms on different levels made access incredibly inconvenient, and the overall staff communication contributed to a chaotic experience, making this my most disappointing hotel stay ever.

However, we faced some hiccups with slow check-in and inadequate staff training which affected our overall experience, particularly when we missed breakfast on the first day due to incorrect information. Despite these, the room was clean and had adequate size for our needs.

The breakfast spread was a culinary delight with loads of choices! Hit up nearby eateries like Amy Heritage Nyonya Cuisine for a taste of authentic flavors. The hotel's prime location also means you're just a hop away from local gems like Teo Chew Bak Kut Teh and Nyonya Makko Restaurant.

Spacious room, superb mattress, with clean bathrooms featuring great water pressure that made for a refreshing rain shower experience, along with a good breakfast spread that satisfied every morning.
